What is the return policy?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is non-refundable and if an exchange is necessary cost of shipping must be provided by the customer.
When will I get my order?
I package and ship orders once a week. Once your order is packaged you will receive memo that your order has been sent. All orders are sent first class. USPS estimates 1-5 days domestic, and 1-3 weeks international shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of my products are handmade in my dungeon basement unless otherwise stated.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
